inter-country adoption is an underserved sector in Uganda and as such our only non-corporate practice area.
We believe every child needs to belong to a caring family and work towards ensuring that the process of their adoption is legally compliant.
Our services include adoption planning,preparation of required documents, working with probation officers and other authorities during process, representing clients in court, and ensuring
compliance with the legal requirements of both the child's birth and adoptive countries.
Our clientele category includes: Foreign prospective adoptive parents and Child Care Homes.
